  • Create standard documents based on templates defined in the system. Simply fill out a form – the system will automatically complete your document template with standard data.
  • If you have questions about a specific document, request a consultation. Just assign a “consultation” task to another person. The task will automatically be linked to the relevant document and case.
  • Use the attachment versioning feature to revise documents multiple times and create new versions as needed.
  • Launch the appropriate process to obtain document approval.
  • Sign documents directly within the system using the qualified electronic signature.
  • Select your preferred communication channel and send documents directly from the system. You can do this via email, e-PUAP or by registering and initiating a process to send the completed document by post or courier. Generate a Polish Mail report for sent correspondence or use the automated transfer of a correspondence list to the e-sender system.
  • Received a response? Handle the document directly in the system from your integrated email inbox or e-PUAP, then forward it for further processing. Documents received on paper can be scanned into the system and digitally forwarded to the person responsible for the corresponding case.
  • Wondering who has a particular document? Want to know if a reply has already been sent? Or perhaps you no longer remember what was in that document? You’ll find answers to all these questions using the search engine, which allows you to easily locate any document registered in the system. You can search by document content or specific metadata such as recipient, sender, date, responsible person, contractor, the JRWA Standard Subject File Plan category and more. For each found document, you immediately see its status and who currently holds it. You also have access to the full history of its processing.
  • Link documents and cases together or assign them to the appropriate case file for ongoing tracking of a case’s progress and instant insight into the complete thread and history of a given matter.
