Bosflow provides extensive options for parameterization and configuration by trained administrators. Modelling new, individual business processes using the form builder and process modeler can also be made available to administrators and other authorized system users.

Organizational Structure
The organizational structure takes the form of a hierarchical tree reflecting the organizational units operating within a given organization, along with their hierarchical relationships. Users, unit managers and cost centre codes are assigned to respective organizational units. The structure can be modelled directly within the system or automatically imported and updated from an external system.
User Access and Permissions Management
The system allows for the creation of an unlimited number of named user accounts. The administrator creates user accounts and assigns permissions to individual modules, processes, cases and functions within the system. Users are also assigned to specific roles appearing in business processes. User accounts can be created directly in the system or imported and synchronized with Active Directory.
Substitute Handling
This function involves designating a substitute as well as specifying the scope and duration of the substitution. The system automatically blocks permissions arising from the assigned substitute role upon expiration of the defined period. All activities performed by a user in the role of a substitute are clearly marked. This ensures complete auditability and transparency in business processes.

Registry Office and Administration
The registry office and administration are the areas typically first to be covered by process automation and electronic document workflow. Most documents from outside the organization, regardless of channel, are received by the registry office or reception and this is also the point from which documents are sent to external entities. The registry office and administrative departments are also responsible for the internal distribution of documents, archiving and planning as well as organizing work within the unit. Automation of processes in these areas ensures the smooth functioning of the entire organization and positively shapes its perception by external stakeholders.
Integrating with other systems, applications and tools is an essential part of implementing the Bosflow system. We continuously introduce integrations with all solutions required for public sector entities, such as e-PUAP and PEF (Public Electronic Invoicing Platform). We also provide dedicated integrations for individual clients with their existing systems, focusing primarily on financial-accounting, HR and payroll and domain-specific systems. To date, we have successfully implemented and operate integrations with many ERP systems, including Infomedica, SIMPLE.ERP, Symfonia and Impuls EVO.
The project management module enables the convenient planning and ongoing handling of various types of projects: investment, research, educational, commercial or training. The system allows for planning and settlement of projects funded internally or externally, including both short-term and multi-year ones. All data and documents are clearly collected in a project file, which can contain: contracts, correspondence, public procurement requests, emails, notes, schedules and other documents related to the project. The module also supports the detailed planning of individual tasks and generates notifications about significant project events.
