Heliodor Święcicki Clinical Hospital of the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań, Poland
The Transfiguration Clinical Hospital (SKPP) is an institution with a long and rich history. The facility was established at the beginning of the 19th century and at the start of 2022, it was merged with the Heliodor Święcicki Clinical Hospital in Poznań, adopting its name. The new unit now provides comprehensive medical care to thousands of residents in central-western Poland.
Customer needs
Before SKPP began the process of digitalizing the facility through electronic document workflow and business process automation, ERP and HIS systems were already in place, but their scope did not cover the entire spectrum of processes occurring in the hospital. Our goal was to fill this gap in order to automate and simplify the circulation of documents.
